Event - Manor Adventure

26 March 2012

On the 26th March 2012, children from Years 5 and 6 went on a residential trip to the Manor Adventure in Shropshire. It is a trip that takes place every two years, and is highly recommended.

At the Manor, they had a wide range of activities for us to take part in including: BMX, video, confidence course, assault and obstacle courses, hill walk, mazes, kayaking and canoeing.

My favourite activity was the confidence course, as I faced my fear of heights and had fun at the same time!

When I did the high ropes I was scared but once I had finished it I felt proud. It was one of my favourite activities.

The manor was a good experience and a whole lot of fun. Some of us were afraid of heights but overcame them and now feel a lot braver.

My favourite activity was the abseiling because it was the first time I did it and even though I was afraid at first I overcame my fears.

Assault course.

Climbing high.
We all loved the zip wire.

Not a cloud in sight!
Yes, it was this high up.

The hill walk was beautiful.
The blind trail, where we had to rely on each other.
